This painting is a monoprint, which means “to take one print of”. I began painting it on a gel plate, then took a print off with watermedia paper, resulting in this piece. So even though it’s a “print”, each piece is still unique.
This 5x7” monoprint is mounted on a 5x7 inch birch panel. The sides are left natural.
